Prenatal Class Introduction
This class is specifically tailored to "Parents To Be", for understanding the physical and physiological changes during pregnancy and labour. It also provides knowledge and understanding of postnatal care with emphasis on breastfeeding and newborn care.
Pregnant women are advised to attend session one as soon as possible. Becoming familiar with the prenatal care material will provide maximum benefit throughout the pregnancy.
Sessions two to six are held in five consecutive weeks, with weekly four hours session.
