What is massage therapy?

It is the manipulation of tissues and/or parts of the body for therapeutic purposes, using techniques of rubbing, stroking, kneading, or tapping.

Crystal has substantial training in pre/post-natal, and infant massage. As a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario, she has been helping clients during and after pregnancy since 2008.
