Prenatal Class

This class is specifically tailored to "Parents To Be", for understanding the physical and physiological changes during pregnancy and labour. It also provides knowledge and understanding of postnatal care with emphasis on breastfeeding and newborn care.

Massages and Pregnancy

Prenatal Massage - Reduces stress during pregnancy, and facilitate labour.

Postnatal Massage - Rehabilitates abdomenal muscle, and realignment of spine and pelvis.

Infant Massage - Increases bonding between baby and mother/father/caregiver, and regulates sleep pattern.
